  I'm a first time home buyer, single mom and busy!! Scott Moon & Ben Burnett made refinaning an educating and exciting process. From start to close took under 3 weeks, every single time my phone rang, I was excited to pick up because Scott always had BETTER news! I shopped with my current lender and my credit union and no one matched the rate Scott was able to get me and no one gave the level of care or service that Ben provided. I have recommended at least friends who have also had the same amazing experience!

  These people are scam artist. They consistently miss apply my payments in order to add more interest. When I called in to payoff my loan and sent in the final payment they held the check for ten business days in order to accrue interest. Then they said they needed a certified check as opposed to the check I sent them even though their representative told me I did not have to send certified funds which I asked if she was sure and she confirmed . Their next lie was that the payment was $64.75 short even though the representative gave me the correct total and another representative checked the taped telephone call and confirmed the amount I was quoted and sent was correct . Don’t trust these crooks!

  Brian Callan was amazing. He patiently worked with me as I switched from a different lender, then backed out of the first condo I wanted (due to major structural issues in their garage) and when I finally found the perfect place he called the listing agent on my behalf and I beat a CASH OFFER thanks to him! I could not have asked for anyone better. He got me a very great rate on top of all that. I am so glad my friend recommended him.

  Scott Moon was recommended to me by a friend. I'm a single woman buying a home for the first time. Scott was not only very patient with me because I had a million questions, but he responds quickly, works around my crazy schedule, and speaks in a easy way to understand manner (because I dont know the loan process or vocabulary). Never once did he made me feel stupid. He shops for the best deals for me which I love because I'm frugal. That being said, I'm making a huge purchase and I wanted to be careful. I'm glad I trusted Scott during this whole process. When Scott wasn't available, Ben was there. I was in great hands.

  As a new homeowner, I was reluctant about my chances. Mr. Moon and the WEI mortgage group made the process smooth, efficient and assured me throughout not too worry! They did all the work and I was surprised how quick the process took. I was informed what was required of me and the steps involved, which wasn't as intense as I thought.   We've working with Brian Callan at WEI twice, once for our first mortgage, and recently for the refinancing on that home.
