  There truly are not enough words I could use to describe Rancho Capital! This is the third time I have purchased a home and this has by leaps and bounds been the best transaction I have ever had. Everyone is extremely nice, professional, knowledgeable, and on top of everything. They made buying a home as stress feee and easy as possible. Seriously, the are just really good people. They are always available to answer questions and get things taken care of quickly. They are HONEST and down right fun to work with!! I highly highly highly recommend!!!

  Brent Bruce and team are amazing. As a first time home buyer, I was expecting an arduous and prolonged process for securing my loan, but it was so easy and went so smoothly that I reached out more than once to make sure that I didn’t miss a step. Any question or concern that I had along the way was quickly answered. Bruce presented several loan options to me, explained the pros/cons of each product which enabled me to select the loan product that made the most sense for my situation. I would not hesitate for one second to use Rancho Capital for a future transaction.

  Jeff Anderson and his team were truly amazing to work with. I had so many questions throughout the whole loan process, I always felt like he took his time and made sure I understood everything, every document that needed a signature, every form that needed to be filled out. He always took my calls, replied to emails, day or evening he replied. His response time was impeccable. I highly recommend Rancho Capital.

  I’ve known Brent for many years and already realized he is a great person. But, I’ve never had the opportunity to do business with him until this month. I was amazed at how professional and responsive he and the other members of his team were!! Gabe also stood out to me as truly caring about our purchase. We bought a home in Orange County and our real estate agent, as well as the escrow company we used were also highly impressed with Rancho Capital Home Loans. So much so that our agent, whose father has worked his entire life as a real estate broker in another state, said he will recommend Brent to other clients in the future.
