  I am an actual customer, not an employee (as several are below). My mortgage loan did get funded, so that is a plus in the sense that they are able to do their job. A minus? I wish these people did not have access to all my personal, social security, and financial information. There's this unfortunate shadiness in the industry, and from what I've experienced, that shadiness does show up here. I would not go with this lender again. Inconsistent communication was and remains a challenge. My loan officer chose a home insurance policy for me without checking with me. It is customary for a buyer to have a home insurance choice securely in place at the time of offer. Despite this, the loan officer went with their own choice, which was surprising to me. The LO became hard to reach once they were assured of a commission. As we neared close, there were nearly constant clerical mistakes, making this loan team the weakest link in the process, which was definitely an unexpected source of stress. I understand this is a smaller enterprise, and they definitely have some go-getters working there who can get the job done, like I said at the outset. The inconsistency and shadow of shadiness is unfortunate. Not qualities you want in one of the most important teams you will ever assemble for that home purchase.

  Amazing service, communication, and resources. Fabian Andre Ojeda was outstanding to work with and I would recommend him and Virtual Lending to all my friends. I plan on using them again in the future!

  Daniel reached out to me about buying a mortage from VirtuaLending. Somehow they got a hold of my phone number without permission or content (invading of privacy). They have no right to contact random people's phone numbers just to try getting people to sign up through VirtuaLending.

  Beware of this place. I responded to an ad they ran on Facebook. I had never heard of them before so I asked Fabian basic questions about who they were, what they could offer regarding refinancing and he had trouble answering basic mortgage questions. He quoted me an unbelievable rate and when I asked him to send basic documentation so I could evaluate, he never followed up with anything. I have texted, called and messaged. Beware of sharing your personal information. A few of their Google reviews are written by their employees.

  The company didn't get back to me at all..They left me hanging and would not return calls or emails..not good for business..Good Luck with this company.
