  I just closed on my first home with Edge Home Finance. When I reached out to Brad Bennett, I was right in the middle of shopping for loans. He was very competitive with rates and fees. He was very knowledgeable and provided some great information. He even found me a great homeowners insurance agent that beat out the quotes I was getting from my long time insurance agent. Throughout the loan process he and his team were very communicative and on top of everything.The only people who lacked in my closing process was the escrow team and that had nothing to do with Brad and his team. But we made it through and today I am proud to say I am a first time Homeowner thanks to Brad and Edge Home Finance. I would highly recommend them. Thanks again Brad, you're a Rockstar!

  First time home buyer here. Brad made the process so easy for us. He explained everything in great detail and made us feel at ease. He answered all our questions in a timely manner. He’s super patient and friendly! Not only did he get us a great rate, we were able to closed within 15 days! Even after closing, I message him with questions about our mortgage and he is very helpful! I highly recommend Brad. You won’t regret it!

  I went to Brad Bennet of Edge Home Finance to purchase my first home. Brad promised me that he would be able to close escrow in 14 days. We closed escrow in 10 days and received the keys. This is almost unheard of. Three years later I decided to refinance my home. I went to the typical lenders on the Internet like Rocket Mortgage and Loan Depot. Both lenders were unsuccessful in completing the loan. So I decided to give Brad another try. When I approached Brad, he promised that he would get the loan done in approximately two weeks. Once again, Brad kept his word. He kept his promise and completed my loan in two weeks. Brad is a true professional, very knowledgeable and knows exactly what he is doing. He will be committed to get your loan done. I will definitely recommend him and go to him for any future financial advice regarding any of my properties. Edge Home Finance will be my go to Mortgage Broker.

  I have worked with Brad Bennett on a number of transactions for my personal financing and for my clients. He takes the time to ensure that his clients understand the entire process of closing on a mortgage and is always willing to explain things until the client is comfortable. Professional, knowledgeable, kind and understanding - Brad is exactly the type of person you want working on your behalf. He is current on interest rates and the market trends.   Where do I begin? My husband and I have a tremendous trust on Brad. Brad helped us with our first home purchased in year 2000. Being a first time home buyer was nerve racking and we were very unfamiliar with the steps of owning a home. Brad is just a phone call away for any concerns or questions you need answered.   Brad has helped us with 3 loans and was amazing during each process. He helped buy our first house and was very knowledgeable on all the programs we could utilize. Then helped us refinance, and most recently helped us buy our current home out of state.
