  I wanted to provide feedback on my experience with Kirstie during my loan process. First, let me say that I am grateful and appreciative for Kirstie. She made this process seamless! Her communication and outstanding work ethic is World Class! As for Crossroads, I thank you for not only the approval for my semi truck but I thank you for supporting a small women owned minority business! As women you can already understand how hard it is for us in the corporate world. Well in the trucking industry, it’s harsh! I thank you again Kirstie for making this part of my trucking journey less stressful. Please give Kirstie a day off or reward, she deserves it! I will definitely be referring other women owned businesses to Crossroads.

  Not sure if it’s a company or the lady I spoke with. However, with all the calls I’ve been making this was the company that made it all worth wild. That lady gave me tons of answers to questions and did it patiently. I usually don’t do reviews but Crossroads; keep up the good work. You have my business If all your employees are like the one I talked to today.

  I've read some of the negative reviews and must say. I'm very surprised. I'm in the process of purchasing a truck and have had a very good experience thus far. Myra, who has been working with me has been very helpful and professional. She has kept me informed of my process and updated on for the truck I was waiting for them to get in. So far, no complaints here.

  Ruby Barajas in the loan Dept was very professional with the process of the payoff procedure on my lease. She knows what she's doing when it comes to the job at hand.made it real easy for me as customer. Crossroads will be my first contact in the future with my next purchase .   I was reached out to by customer service who has now directed me to a sales person. The lady I got the pleasure of speaking with was very quick to call and also very professional. This is the first time I have dealt with them but seem very knowledgeable in what i was needing.
