  As a new resident of Florida, I was opening a new account with Radiant. Everyone at the Lake City branch was friendly, especially the lady who opened up my account. I had to leave in the middle to pick up grandkids at school and then return to finish opening the account. She was very pleasant and understood that I had to quickly leave and return. Highly recommend this credit union, especially Lake City branch.

  Tarrin was very patient helping me finance a vehicle. I am not great with technology but she walked me through each step. Got a really good interest rate also!

  I guess I’m a little old fashioned but I prefer not to make loan transactions on line. Juan made the transaction very easy, fast and efficiently.

  I just moved to Florida, wanted a new bank, close to home, went to Radiant to open up the account. I had an amazing experience dealing with the staff at the counter! Then I met Calli who helped me set up my new account! Smart and Funny, Calli made it a fun experience! Love my new bank
