  Went to VyStar in commons plaza Lake city FL by Publix to talk to them about getting my credit score higher. The staff was very helpful, knowledgeable and kind. Tamara was the teller that helped inform me and got me started. I wound up opening a checking, savings account and got my first credit card. Was a very quick amd easy process. Thank you Tamara and VyStar for helping me achieve my future goals!!!!! Highly recommended

  Talking with Mr. Rhashad Wilson very nice person thank you sir. The people that are not answering the phone not doing a very go job. For an hour and a half right up until the 5:00 mark when they close and no answer, only busy signals and voicemails. No point in a receptionist desk If they're not going to answer the phones, and direct calls. I was hoping to be done with my business this week so I could get some things done, however that's not the case. Please answer the phones, make sure it is the correct number that you're giving out, something!!! Have a nice day, & Happy Easter!

  I was forced to use Lee Copeland for my balance transfer, he failed to reply at any of my emails and I was late on a payment for the card he was supposed to transfer, it took 4 bank visits, 3 emails, and 2 phones calls and they've still failed to follow through. They even claimed they didnt receive the email and when i tried to give them the balances they pulled the info from the email they claimed they didnt receive! This branch is a dumpster fire, only use for deposits and check cashing, they'll lie if they failed to execute anything via email.... PS. They never called ignore their response....

  Slowest drive thru service in the history of drive thrus. Make sure you have 20-30 minutes to wait, even if they aren't busy. Longer when they are busy. Teller was arrogant when I asked about the wait times.

  The security officer assigned to the Nocatee branch was very helpful in proving information about entering the branch as staffing was low. Regan was our VyStar service representative and was very friendly, helpful, professional and efficient in meeting our needs. We love VyStar and my husband has been a member of VyStar (formerly Jax Navy) since 1969 and I’ve been a member since 1999.

  I can’t even begin to imagine how this bank has any good reviews. Every time I have ever needed to accomplish anything with my account I am sitting in the branch for over an hour. If I want to call I am on the phone for at least two hours. I only opened the accounts so I could establish a relationship with a local credit union. I’m so thankful I never had any of my direct deposits routed into this bank. NIGHTMARE.

  Vystar is the most horrific bank out here. They emailed me about fraud on my card. I said no I didn't do it & the lady said she will have to block my card. I told her hold on let me pull over & take cash out to continue me & my children trip but instead she blocked it anyway. Leaving us stranded over night. I will report this to the news & BBB

  So disappointed with Liz Welz! She was horribly rude and VERY unprofessional! When I asked for the manager she took me in someone’s office and tried to act as if she was the manager of the Lake City branch. When I found out she was just teller supervisor she wouldn’t get me the manager or regional managers name or number. I will be taking my business of 10+ years elsewhere as this is not the trust worthy bank I signed up with!
