  I HIGHLY recommend working with Brooklyn Book!!!! She has been the most honest and pure hearted person I’ve met at this branch. I’m so glad to have worked with her as she has helped me tremendously and thoroughly explained every question I had. Hands down greatest rep at Florida Credit Union in Lake City.   Rachel C. at Florida Credit Union deserves a million stars, she helped us from day one to the day of the closing of our home. Her knowledge, patience and gracious demeanor made the whole mortgage process so easy for us It was like if I had known her forever, that is how welcoming and friendly she is. No matter how many emails I would send her, and I sent her tons, she would email me back immediately with an answer and reassure me that everything was right on track. Rachel is truly the best person I have ever encountered in how knowledgeable, honest and truly deserves a standing ovation on how how hard she worked for me and my family. Thank you Rachel!

  I absolutely love this credit union. The member service representatives are very helpful. My absolute favorite is Mrs. Brooklyn Book. She worked with me and gave me instructions on how to improve my credit score. She also made sure I understood everything we went over. Thank you Mrs. Book.

  Florida Credit Union has been a great establishment to bank with! Their staff is friendly, and they make the process easy! My wife and I got our mortgage through FCU and Rachel Cosentino with FCU was able to take the process from stressful, to easy! Rachel's knowledge and willingness to help us out and answer any questions we had along the way helped make our home buying experience amazing!

  I took a mortgage with them and there were several things that really upset me, to say the least. When I first applied for the loan they promised me a 30 year fixed. Right before closing, the loan officer called and said "her supervisor" wouldn't approve my loan at the last minute, but that they could offer me a variable rate predatory lender scheme type loan. I refused, and threatened to look for a different lender since I have an excellent credit score.. they finally agreed to give me the 30 year fixed. Fortunately, I was able to pay off the loan early, there was no prepayment penalty in the contract. I paid it off in two installments 4 days apart. They then claimed at the end that a balance of 9 thousand dollars accrued an interest of 170 dollars IN 4 DAYS.. very shady. I wouldn't do business with this bank again.

  They always work with me on my needs, I have a personal loan and my car loan through flcu. Russell seems to be my designated helper because he is always on the other end of the screen for me. Hes always very pleasant and chipper. Great bank with great folks.
