  Best banking experience I have had in a very long time! Debbie was able to assist me with opening a new account with ease. Walked me through the entire process, answered my questions, and clarified any concerns I had. She was even able to accommodate most of the process for me via e-mail which made my visit nice and easy! I highly recommend this branch and I will continue to make the drive from Gainesville for the friendly and experienced team members like Debbie!

  I’ve been to several different financial institutions in Lake City but Campus USA is by far the best in town! Always very clean and employees are always friendly and quick to help. Their mobile app is incredibly fast compared to others as well. There are a couple things I believe they could improve upon though with the first being how fast transactions post to one’s account. Certain transactions show up on your account immediately and reflect on your balance whereas others may take a couple days. This can be frustrating when trying to balance your expenses. The second problem I have is that I can never get in touch with them by phone. I call over and over again but no one ever answers and I eventually just have to go to the credit union in person which can be frustrating. I really hope that these problems are improved upon. At the end of the day though I still wouldn’t go anywhere else. Update 11/24: Campus called and gave me a direct extension to call when I need help with my accounts. Goes to show that they are attentive to making sure they’re taking care of their account holders and this is why I choose campus!

  Paula Bailey was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She answered several extra questions and validated every concern that I had. As we had to troubleshoot and take a different route, she was very patient and explained every detail and what would be my best option. She allowed me time to take notes and helped me write out the information that was important to me concerning my loan. I have banked with Campus for years and taken out several loans and this was definitely one of my best experiences.

  I have banked with campus first about 6 years now and they are the best bank! The Lake City branch has been the best one I have been to. The tellers are always so quick and friendly regardless of if you go inside or drive through! Campus has always been quick to detect and stop any fraudulent charges that may happen and work quickly to get everything fixed. I have worked with Kayla in refinancing; She was so knowledgable and she made the process so easy. If you aren’t banking at Campus already I highly recommend switching over!

  We had a great experience with Campus USA. Staff was always very friendly and profesional especially Mrs. Bailey who we worked with. We had no issues and she went the extra mile to make us feel welcome and to answer all our questions. Definitely recommend Campus USA for all you banking business.

  Campus USA in Lake City is the best! They always treat their customers like family, and they are always very friendly and helpful with whatever I need. My husband and I have financed several vehicles through them, and it is always a seamless and very pleasant experience. I can’t say enough great things about this credit union!

  I bank with Campus USA in Lake City. I can’t begin to tell you much I LOVE banking there! Diana Parker takes helping her customers to another level! She is the BEST!! The tellers are always friendly and helpful. If you are looking for a Credit Union, Campus is the one for you!!
