  First federal has been a blessing for me when I did my mortgage with Cathy she was wonderful, also Tosha was very helpful with the process for my mortgage.after I apply for a loan with Marlen Cuervo, and has been a pleasure working with her as well Renee Williams they make feel at home very patient and knowledgeable, both of her provided excellent steps through process.

  The staff is always friendly and helpful. Had a number of hoops to jump through when I had to do my mandatory deductions and they were so patient when multiple faxes had to be sent.
