  Great service, from the time I entered, your greeted with smiling faces, asked what I was interested in, shown a lot of different things, no pressure to make a purchase, I felt they really cared about why I was there, in closing I paid less for my jewelry and I made a lot of new friends, I would reccomend R & J.

  Phenomenal service very professional & helpful, I actually took my run to two different jewelry places & they could not size down the ring , I chose this place off apple maps sooo happy I did! They were very helpful fair price they could size the ring down, now I get to wear something I love thanks a lot mean so much to me!

  My first time in a pawn shop and I was happily surprised with how nice this place is. My husband surprised me while we were here and bought me a beautiful Louis Vuitton pocket organizer. We will be back!!

  Amazing place and staff to do business with very professional, Maria helped me out she was very nice answered all my questions that needed to be answered, it was a quick simple process exchanged a couple pieces of jewelry signed my contract got my loan and was on my way truly amazing people thank you R&J jewelry!

  I went here earlier today to sell my cameras, and was actually quite satisfied with the price I was offered and how smoothly everything went. The 2 men helping me were very knowledgeable about the cameras and understanding about me wanting to sell them. After waiting patiently for about 45 minutes, just as I was about to sign the form, after all the negotiating was finished, another guy came up to me, grabbed the form from me, and said "I'm not going to do it. I changed my mind." and requested proof of ownership, or some kind of receipts. I was in shock, and completely offended! WHY put me through that entire process just to turn me down?? He then told one of the workers to tell me to "Put it on a certain setting" to see if I knew how to work the camera. OFCOURSE I know how to work it! I used it every single day for months! It was entirely unprofessional, and if any of them were skeptical about my merchandise they should have let me known before negotiating, taking down my information, and PRINTING out FORMS with MY INFO on it for me to sign! WHY turn me down LAST MINUTE? It makes no sense to me, and I'm shocked that they've been there for 35 YEARS with that kind of business. I strongly suggest going somewhere else, with more polite and understanding employees!

  The woman who "evaluates" jewelry at this place will try to rip you off! I brought my ring in and she said the stone was simulated, not real! Unknown to her, i have paperwork from an appraiser it is worth $1800! She said it was worth $25! I laughed and didn't even want to try and convicer her or give her my business. I turned around and walked out. I have only been here 1 other time and same thing. That time i stood my ground and walked out with $250 after she tried to say it was not worth buying becauae the watch needed work. It did and i broke down all the cost of repair and added what they needed to profit out of it and still got my $250! Shes not a very honest business woman and i will never go there again. Don't waste your time here, fake and phoney owners!
