  We are so glad we ended up working with Jonathan on our loan. He is just great at what he does. We initially started our loan process with a different bank and a different mortgage specialist. In the middle of the processes we ran into some issues and a lot of questions. So we really wanted a second opinion and we found Jonathan online (thanks to his good reviews everywhere) and just contacted him. He was super helpful, patient, and knowledgeable, helped us with all our questions and gave us several tips on how to deal with our challenges. Unfortunately, (or perhaps fortunately) we could not work with the original bank and we switched to Jonathan and Bank of the West. He made the entire process look so much easier for us, was very responsive to our emails and questions, and worked so hard so we catch our deadlines. I strongly recommend him.

  I was working with Bank Of The West for over a year going back and forth with a few different people. I was lucky enough to run into Jonathan who was the only person that was able to simplify my process and speak to me in normal turns what I wanted. I had a very specific action I wanted and a threshold I was was comfortable with and Jonathan made the whole process simple and easy to understand. There were times that I was confused but every time I reached out to Jonathan he was able to explain to me what each step was. He was available over the phone / over e-mail / over text and he responded very very quickly which is what I needed during my process. He also helped me align all my paperwork and all of my concerns as each step was closed off. I would honestly not have a loan if it weren't for Jonathan guiding me through the entire process. STOP READING THIS and just reach out to him already. It doesn't matter if you are going for a re-finance it doesn't matter if you are just THINKING about buying a home.
