  First and foremost, I would like to thank Chelsea Bagley for everything and I mean everything that she has helped me with! She's doesn't have to go above and beyond, but she does. I do not have any issues with RIA Federal Credit Union and would definitely recommend them to anyone!

  The staff at RIA was very helpful and polite when assisting me to open a new account. Melinda Johnson the service assistant that opened my account was very helpful to answer all my questions. Thank you, Theresa Kilgore
