  They low ball you on everything!! They see you have something valuable, and your in need of the cash, and they completely take you for it at an extremely low price knowing they are going to make 3x what they have got for it.

  1st of all I would like to say that the associate Leah was wonderful to work with, she was very welcoming from the moment I entered the door, she was prompt with greeting me and making me feel very comfortable with shopping in there store, she helped me in every aspect that I could think of, she was very educated and informative and answered every single question that I had for her. Told me the pros and cons on every piece of merchandise that I inquired about, that’s how I knew she did her homework and was passionate about her job. It was a great pleasure to work with her in this establishment. I will definitely be doing business with them again in the near future. Thank you guys.

  I went in to sell my ROSE GOLD ring, the lady told me that it was plated and they could not take it. I went to 2 pawn shops before this one and one after and the 3 of them preformed all the same test as premier jewelry did and said that my ring was definitely not plated, that is was real gold. Really don’t think they know what they are doing.

  Always a wonderful experience going in here! Teresa is so friendly and knowledgeable , always takes her time to explain things to me, wether I'm selling or buying items. I appreciate the cleanliness and organization of the store too. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing a little extra cash, or looking to buy something for cheaper than what it is In stores !

  Aliyah provides amazing customer service by making sure she reaches out to me when the shop gets in items I’ve looked there for previously. Alway high quality items, on a spectrum of a broad collection of used tools and equipment to name brand jewelry.

  when I came in search of our new family tv. premier had a great selection to choose from. And the wonderful sales rep Aliyah was very informative, and helpful in purchasing my items. I recommend this store.

  This pawn shop and jewelry store is a decent place to score a good deal. Reasonable prices on everything. Not bad quality either. It does seem they low ball ya on what they pay for items that are pawned though.

  My fiancé bought my engagement ring here and I was in much needed clean. I hate being without it and couldn’t go a day without it. Manager had it cleaned for me and back in one day. I appreciate it and made it look like it did when my fiancé proposed! Great service and performance. Thanks guys!

  these guys provide a first class service and go above and beyond for customers. I have bought a laptop, a bike, diamond jewelry and sold power tools here and they have ALWAYS treated me right. Great store, would highly recommend for selling or buying!
