  Bobby is the best!! My husband and I just closed on our home and he was there to make the mortgage process go quick and easy. We closed in 20 days!!!! He goes above and beyond and is extremely knowledgeable in his field. I would 100% recommend Bobby to anyone.

  I just closed on my house and I very happy to post an honest review about how Bobby handled the entire mortgage process for me. To begin, Bobby is very professional, listens to your needs carefully and it's extremely fast at responding to you. He was available early in the mornings and late evening, via calls or text messages, very flexible. During the entire process I felt like Bobby was working for me and not for the bank. This is very important because it showed that he really cares about his clients. He told me at the beginning of the process that he was going to beat the interest rate from other estimates and he did. Despite what the other mortgage lenders said to me about Bobby not keeping his low rate and costs until closing, I chose him because of his integrity and it paid off. I closed with one of the lowest rate in the market. I'm very careful about the companies I do business with, at first I didn't think I was going to work with Bobby because he didn't represent one of the biggest banks in the market but Bobby's professionalism, commitment and honesty is something you sometimes don't get with the large corporations. I stuck with Bobby's bank and the closing was very smooth, even my attorney was impressed. The bank funded my loan ahead of time and was organized. I can say a lot more about Bobby but I would leave it by saying that he is a very honest guy, and with him I can assure you that you will get the highest service level from the beginning till the end.

  Horrible company, I would advise you to go somewhere else to get a loan. Dont even consider this company non the less francia values she is unprofessional, a waste of time and an irrepeatable company overall. The owner/manager/president Harris S. Focer this man has many titles so he is also a dishonest person and will act dumb if is needed to not fix a problem. If I hadn't act sooner I would have lost my mortgage deposit.

  Bobby has been very helpful when it came to the house financing process for my bf and I. It is our first home and we had to learn a lot about the vocabulary and of our rights. Bobby took his time explaining everything and made himself available by phone and email. I am very pleased with his service. I will definitely recommend him to my loved ones when they start their house search!

  Bobby handled our mortgage and refinancing on multiple occasion. He compared rates and got us an excellent rate. He also was fully aware of the market trends and advised us when to lock in our rate. When we met with Bobby the first time he told us he thought he could get us to closing In under 3 months. Bobby went above and beyond to get us there. When our lawyer or the other side were dragging their feet, Bobby lit a fire under them and at least once did extra work to get closing info that wasn't even his responsibility to get. Bobby got us rates significantly lower than other places we checked and was the utmost professional. 100% recommend Bobby.

  Bobby is the reason we have a house today. He was there for us every step of the way. He took the time to explain everything in detail. I work in the city and he worked around our schedule for when we needed to come in and review or sign documents. Sometimes late into the evening. We had complete trust in him throughout the whole process. He made the whole process very easy.

  Bobby was great in helping us with what we needed to get done for buying our first home. He was super responsive and made himself available to us even on his day off. He was also quite honest with us and made sure we had the information we needed to make the right decision for us. Something that can be an uncomfortable and a daunting process, he made simple and straight forward. We were very impressed with him and would definitely use him again for future needs.
