  Greg was amazing to work with! I would recommend him to anyone. He made sure to answer all of my questions and gave information in a way that was clear. He was able to take care of any issues that came up and he made sure to be in constant contact with us about everything going on. He worked tirelessly behind the scenes to make sure we had an easy and stress free process. His communication skills are wonderful and I always felt that he responded to my concerns immediately. He kept things moving along smoothly. He was patient and always made me feel comfortable to ask any and all questions. I couldn't ask for a better, more professional person to work with. He is truly someone you want on your team.

  I am a licensed real estate salesperson and I had met Greg through a client who had come to me already pre-approved.  The transaction was so smooth and Greg was so amazing with communication, not only with me and our client, but with the other realtor, that I began recommending him to my other clients.  Greg has consistently been the glue that has held the deals together and his knowledge and expertise is unmatched.  When my husband and I were thinking about refinancing our house, I knew that we wanted Greg to be the one to take care of it.  As a Realtor, I don't get to see this side of the process and he guided me through every step, which not only helped me to understand for myself, but will help me to better explain it to our clients.  Greg gave us a credit for all the bank closing costs, we paid off our current mortgage, got an amazing rate and were able to take $20k cash out to do some home improvements.  After all that,  we were STILL able to lower our monthly payment by $635! If you are thinking about buying a home and need a mortgage or want to refinance your current home, you absolutely need to call Greg! I promise you will be making the right decision!

  Wow, I am truly humbled by this review. It is an honor to work alongside Leigh-Ann during our purchases for clients. But to take care of her and her family, was a blessing on a whole other level. We had a hangup with a small title issue, but once that was resolved, we were able to close within a couple of days. Saving $635 a month and removong Mortgage Insurance can be life changing. He was always fast and responsive to any questions I had (which was a lot) and was very honest and open about any detail that came up.
