  Eric was super helpful in every step of the way of my purchase of my new residence. As a first time home buyer, I had many questions.   Let me start by saying how lucky and grateful I am to have had Eric Braun as my loan officer. The speed with which he and his team processed my mortgage application was unbelievable. It took only two weeks, and I'm not exaggerating here, from the day I first spoke with him, and he started my application, to getting the "clear-to-close"! Eric was that quick. He and his team (Erin and Eric Gruter) moved with lightning speed. He responded promptly to calls and text messages. In fact, I didn't even need to call or message that often because he explained the whole process in the beginning, outlined the steps involved, and was clear about what he needed from me for every step of the way. The process was smooth, fast, and painless. I don't think I've dealt with a company and team so professional in the way they handled business. Eric put me first. I felt like my business was priority. He got me the best interest rate available. He communicated all major milestones we reached as they came. And he did them with video clips! I loved it. Let me backtrack a bit to give a little background to how it all began. I was working with another company to secure a home mortgage. Things were going well until one day we hit a roadblock, and everything came to a grinding halt. Nothing worked to get the transaction back on track. And time was running out. I panicked. Everybody involved panicked. In this time of great distress, a very special guy who knew Eric Braun at Contour dropped his name and the rest was history. Thanks to Eric and his team, in a few days I will be sitting at the closing table! Awesome, just awesome! I call Eric and his team miracle workers. So, if you're out there looking for a loan officer that will work for you, Eric Braun at Contour is your guy. I sure will be telling friends and family about Eric and Contour Mortgage.

  Eric helped us buy our first home recently and he did a fabulous job !!! As first time home buyers we know very little about this process. Eric took his time to sit with us and explain every single detail of the paperwork. Also, we have a very busy work schedule so it was hard to go and see him personally but he was always willing to stay late to see us, which for me it says a lot about him because not many people are willing to sacrifice their time to help their clients. From start to finish our experience with Eric was first class; his professionalism, knowledge , and advice were outstanding.

  Eric was excellent throughout the entire home buying process. He explained each step and made himself available. He really seems to care about his clients. My experience as a first time home owner was way less stressful than I thought it’d be largely in part to Eric. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family.
