  We are very pleased with the service provided to us during our first home purchase by Quantum Mortgage Group and mortgage officer Vanessa Stanton. Excellent and professional, Vanessa promptly responded to all of our questions and concerns throughout the entire loan process. She made sure we received the best rates and was actively working in our best interests throughout the mortgage application process until the very last minute when we closed on our home.   We first worked with Amanda back in 2016 and have since used her two more times. The first time using her as our mortgage loan officer was just because that's who was assigned to us; however, the next two times we chose to use her since the first time working with her was wonderful. She's so prompt with her communication and loves to explain anything you might have a question on regarding your mortgage so that you truly understand the mortgage process and what you are signing. This was also our first time using Quantum Mortgage and loved how easy everything was to sign and transmit documents to them. We would without a doubt use Quantum Mortgage/ Amanda again if ever needed.

  Amanda Monette from Quantum Mortgage Group was Amazing to work with. Always in communication answering all my questions day or night. I did not know her office hours because no matter the time or if it was a weekend or holiday she answered to call or got back to me within the hour. She even showed up to the closing in person just to make sure it all went well (did not happen when we bought our first house). Comparing the experience with her to the first time we bought a house you can not get any better service. We defiantly recommend her and will use her again when we want to buy a vacation home. Thank You Amanda for all your help.

  I highly recommend Vanessa with Quantum Mortgage. We've had the pleasure of working with Vanessa twice, most recently to refinance our home. She'll take the time to explain every process as thoroughly as you need and always answered our questions as quickly as possible.
