  Set up for success!! With so much to think about during a real estate transaction its easy to overlook things. But thankfully there exists real professionals in the industry like Russell and His team at envoy (if your fortunate enough to find them). Russ was referred to me by a friend who was very happy with his performance and I cant say enough how much he and his team more than lived up to there reputation.   Russ and his team had great communication throughout the entire process! I originally was going to my credit union for the loan, 3 days and 2 branches later I still did not receive any call back from them. We almost lost the opportunity to purchase the home without our preapproval. Our realtor referred my husband and I to Envoy who had us preapproved within 2 hours. They were swift with every step of the way. I would highly recommend Envoy to others!

  If your looking for someone who knows what there doing Shane Hartje is definitely the person to go to! He is seriously so amazing ! Idk how he does it but he gets it done !!!   My husband and I were nervous about buying our first home. Envoy was recommended to us by several realtors in the area; so we had to check them out. Envoy specialized in mortgages and caters to certain subgroups such as first time home buyers. We wanted to go with a mortgage specialist, so Envoy was the right choice for us. We really had no clue what we were doing but Envoy was there every step of the way to guide us and answer all of our questions. We preferred to do as much as we could online so we were able to fill out much of the paperwork from home. They answered phone calls at all hours of the day even when they were away from the office.
