  I recently worked with Gianna Mayer on a very complex car loan. An out of state vehicle with a current lien. This process took a month to complete. Throughout the entire process she was always there for questions and concerns. Going above and beyond to complete the transaction. I never felt alone and the level of customer service was outstanding. I've always been a huge fan of Members Alliance and I've done numerous loans through them. If you want a seamless process and a great level of service, Members Alliance is the credit union for you. Gianna is yet another reason why I will be doing business with them for many years to come.   I worked with Kasey Arney at the Perryville branch to get my truck refinanced and she did an amazing job of getting my loan taken care of quickly and efficiently with a great rate! Paperwork was all done electronically which was very convenient as it saved me a trip back to the branch. I now have payments set up as automatic payments as well so I will not have to worry about dropping a check off or setting up a payment every month. I also appreciated the timely call back on my question. This is the second loan I have had with Members Alliance and I couldn't be happier.

  Don’t bank at members alliance! Just another crooked bank that wants to control your money! Says drivethru opens at 730 but you have a limit on how much money you can take. This place is a joke.

Although there may be limitations on what can be done in our drive-up, we should have been able to meet your immediate banking needs. Our drive-up cash dispenser was having a technical issue, and we failed to meet those needs at that time. We have addressed the issue procedurally to best serve you and other member needs going forward.

  In the past year,I have went to members alliance at. The perryville location,and got 2 car loans and one refinance loan,and received the absolute best service from my loan officer Denise. She got me the best rates,and terms I could want and was very professional and courteous. Their rates and service was much better than my bank,for any type of car loan.   Members Alliance never disappoints. We have been members for years now and recently reached out for a loan. Athena Higgins and Gianna Mayer were a pleasure to work with. Athena actually suggested a Visa instead of a loan we were originally asking for. The Visa was at at 2% lower FIXED APR. I was so happy they offered this option to get us the best rate we could get. This allows us to pay it off faster and have an open line of credit for future emergencies like the one we needed it for in the first place. Thank you so much for always making sure your customers are getting the best deal and the best option for there needs!!

  I have been banking with Members Alliance for my whole life and have been thrilled with the customer service there. Recently I went in to apply for a credit card and was treated with quick and thorough service. I worked with Gianna Mayer who is their Lead Loan Officer. Her desire to be ontop of her job and quick response is what will keep me coming back for years to come. If you are trying to build credit simply and effectively I would reccomend their Credit Builder Program that they offer. In short it is like a savings account that you put money away each month in and after the 12 months of payments you receive it back. All while gaining credit, it's pretty sweet.
