Bianca Lira1I went to this bank for guidance. My mother passed away and I needed to close her account. I didn't have all the information I needed and stopped at this branch for help. Not only was I belittled by Jim, I was made to feel like I was trying to pull a scam. I left in tears as my mother just passed away. I would rather have her here instead of having to close her account. He was absolutely no help and the little information he provided was completely wrong. I went to the other branch location Rockford and they were kind. They helped me figure out what I needed. Shame on you for no compassion when it comes to dealing with a deceased family members account.

Yada Ya1The staff here need diversity training. Certified karens work at this location. From my experience karen diane and karen nancy have horrible attitudes.

Purpose Simba2Daniel at this location is great. My question is, having a business bank account with 53rd. All those fees, daily overdraft fee on top of the overdraft fee. Different prices and numbers. Do you not want to see your start up business owners succeed? Because it seems as if bankers pick and choose accounts they want to run up. Don't let you have an emergency, god forbid a pandemic. You'll never get the chance to catch up. Or is it just black (aboriginal) accounts. I'm so confused as to why you keep charging me these ridiculous fees? Every chance I geet back black. You taking more than I went over by the hundreds.

Buzz Morset1Not my bank but we were burned as a seller from 5/3. “Every thing was progressing was just Fine” after the earnest money, after the inspection, after the survey! literately less than 2 weeks from the closing date 5/3 corporate denied the loan!

muhammad ramzan1One of the worst management I have ever seen in life. I am an account holder. Nancy was rude, not helpful. They were talking a lot and nonsense. They notarised my passport few days back and today Nancy who was not available initially, did not hand shake when she met me. And made all sort of excuses and when Steve did notarised my passports 10 days back they were accepted by US consulate. Please don’t come to this branch. And may God save you from Nancy attitude.
