This company has already done its damage, a class action lawsuit needs to be filed. Anybody interested in filing one I would be game. If this company started putting their act together tomorrow it would be too late. They already paved over so many people and destroyed lives in the process, if you use them your an idiot

Mike Uribe1Just received my first rude employee..they called about "looking" over our loan after we already got approved and have had the car for more then a week..asked two questions and my wife didn't know how much rent we pay because I pay it all the time...then started questioning us who pays the rent and blah blahblah...we already did this at the dealership!! And were out of town on a lil vacation..immediately said that they will call us back..lady was rude and trying to talk down to us..when we gave her some attitude back they wanna hang up real quick...they better not mess up my loan I'll show up there with a can of whoop aSs in my hand ready to go..

Seba ortiz1From a bad online presentation to upset employees, your institution does not listen to its customers or even have the curtesy to actually attempt to get some one on the line before transferring. Your lack of customer service and overall mission goals are of a teenager attempting to run a respectable financial institute "which you are not due to your argument-able employees".is piss poor...... Truly upset that i still have another 12 months of dealing with this DISRESPECTFUL CUSTOMER BASED COMPANY.... And my account with them is on a green status " or at-least this past 12 months, not sure about the next 12 months"

Meancey Light1Worst finace company that i ever had to deal with. Really i think they are picking random people off the street and hiring them worst coustomer service ever. Plus they will lie and say that your check bounce in order to get more money out you with out proof and at the sametime they dont want to see the proof that you have i dont recommend this company to no one trust me

Samuel Waller1Terrible customer service I was advised by a customer service representative to pay my bill online that it was free and the site was secure so i did i put in my account and routing number two days go by i check my account they still hadn't taken the money off my card so i called back and the lady said call tomorrow so i called back the day after and was advised to try tomorrow that it would without a doubt be taken off so i get off work check my bank card and realize 100$ was missing and i hadn't used my card other then on quality acceptance so i called them let them know someone had to have stolen my information from there site and was talked over and told that it wasn't there fault so i explained i couldn't make the payment for two more weeks after because my money was stolen i was crying and very upset and was told that for my card not having the funds because they took 4 days instead of 3 days to pull the money off like they said it takes that i would owe a fee for being late and for a check bounce but it was there fault and they refused to except that i offered to give them police report info and said i shouldn't receive a late fee because they didn't take my money off when they were supposed to so my stuff was stolen still no sympathy what so ever and the customer service rep refused to get me a manager said she would have her call back so i am highly disappointed in this company if you do get a loan from them do not pay online make sure you pay threw a money gram

She actually argued with me and then continued the arguement after i hung up and called back to speak to a different rep. She got an attitude when i waant prepared for her phone call meaning didnt have all information in front of me..

Russell Nave1I literally just got the phone with this company an hour ago. Totally unprofessional, rude customer service (Jenny). Did not get anything resolved, she talked over me the entire time, interrupted me whenever I did get a chance to speak. Seems to me this company is run by loan sharks out to collect from whomever. This company sucks in customer relations.
