      Made an appointment and had to come back to get my name added to an account. Came back with an appointment and had to wait an hour! Worse customer service. Go to another branch. Not the one on Burbank because their lobby is still closed for no apparent reason. How about another bank.

      How does B of A stay in business? They are absolutely the most unresponsive inept bank anywhere. Just spent over 30 minutes on hold only to be connected to someone named Michael who didn't know what he was talking about. When I ask to speak to a supervisor he hung up on me. I recently transferred money to my sons account as I frequently do. The money was immediately deducted from my account as it usually is but it was not credited to my son resulting in several bank charges. After decades it's definitely time to say enough is enough to B of A. They care nothing about their customers. BEWARE!!!

      Inside of the bank wasn’t great, not very clean but the service was good. And has decent parking area.

      Terrible customer service, their attitudes were absolutely appauling, Bank of America should be ashamed. I've been to many great establishments with Bofa but went in this location for the first time out of convenience and they were horrible. Condescending tone. Short answers. If you hate your customers just say so.

      I only gave one star because you can't give 0. After jumpingt the hoops I was finally awarded my unemployment. A lI needed I needed was to receive my card from Bank of America .I had to change my mailing address and I followed B of As website and ordered a new card .I talked to a customer rep and asked and and she told me the card would be sent .I never received it and found out that a hold was placed on it and I was never notified.All they need to do is verify its me but for 3 days I can't get through.One day I spent 11 hours on the phone.So I go to local branch and she gives me the number that won't answer and tries to tell me that they don't send out cards that Edd does So I Google who sends out Edd Cards.....Bank of America.So these guys can't help .10 operators 20 hours on the phone ..... I can't help you is their Mantra

      Very terrible customer service and the bankers are so cavalier and rude. Their professionalism and their lack of communication skill made me feel like they didn't care about satisfying me as a customer. When I asked to see a banker about opening a CD account I was led over to someone who said he couldn't shake my hand when I extended it because he had some type of infection. I just left and went to another branch. Doing business with African Americans seems to be an issue at this branch of Bank of America. So sad! Yvette M.

      It is my favorite bank in the whole world, once I had to cash a cheque which was issued from BOA itself, and my ID was expired , I requested to the manager that I need this money so urgent but I have an issues with my ID and she helped me , she cashed that cheque for me. Thanks for that. The whole staff at this location is very helpful , professional, friendly . Keep it up guys.

      It is.in can nuys so I realize about 30 minutes before they are closing the one on sepulveda shut down indefinitely and I have to go in so my friend was on it the bank line wss to the door and onlly 3 tellers they're really full of staff but only 3 tellers and again only 3 tellers the And 6 other employees in New accts etc and people Long after 4 still lining up those tellers helped everyone and cleared the line quick can't say same for management lol but yes It is good little ditty and musty but

      Don’t even know why they bother to have a branch phone number; they never answer. I also went in to make an appointment, i showed a week later for my appointment and turned out they never made it and so then they made a new one for the following week.
