Worth no stars. FEES FEES FEES and extremely high interest on those FEES. I honestly could have bought a brand new car for the amount of money that I've shelled out to them. (If I wasn't an eager kid who just wanted his first car at the time I financed through them) Employees have no interest in customer service whatsoever and "their supervisors" give them absolutely no leeway on any matter to reasonably accommodate you. Although its my fault for going with this company before doing any research they need a serious reality check when it comes to customer service or eventually the word of the way they do business will surely dominate the ties they have with these sketchy used car lots. Spread the word, these people are shady.

If i could give no stars I would . I pay my car note every month befor on on the day it is due. And I send it out money order since there are outrageous fees for paying over the phone or money gram or even on there website. Anyways I still get harassed that my bill was never paid even when it was posted online and I can clearly see it was received the call me and my cosigner at least 12 to 15 times a day. And another this is I have had the same car insurance since I bought the car three years ago and every month at least twice a month for the last year-and-a-half they call me telling me that I don't have car insurance and they need my car insurance to be sent to them again or I can possibly get my car repossessed even my car insurance company ask me what's going on with this car company I just tell them I don't know what's going on with this company but they need to get it together I'm so happy that I'm almost done with this loan hopefully I can get my title without any problems I'm not getting my hopes up though

What a freaking joke, my truck on kbb is worth $800 and these crooks financed me for 14k?! How is that even legal?! My pile of crap breaks down 2/3 times a year and costed me another 3k in repairs. Did they help in anyway shape or form?! Haha yeah right! Yet they still call and harass me when I'm almost paid off. You already got the value of the vehicle 15 times and still threaten and harass me. There dealerships keep shutting down for corruption yet the finance company stays out of trouble somehow and still gets to rip honest hard working Americans off.. Pathetic, I advise anyone to stay as far away from this scam of a company as you can! I will say the people who manage the phones are very helpful and nice so I feel sorry they have to work for such a horrible company. STAY AS FAR AS POSSIBLE FROM THESE CROOKS!!

i have a loan through premier and they are the rudest people ever. I asked for an extension one month, after not ever being late. Jessica was extremely rude and started asking me why i could not make my payment. She actually told me "don't you have priorities", she also was said "don't you have someone you can borrow money from." I told her none of that was her business, and that i simply wanted to ask for an extension that month. At that point she said " I will put down that you refuse to pay". I wanted to reach across the phone and punch her in the mouth. Worst customer service ever!

They kept trying to repo my car during the last 4 month's of my loan. When I paid it off, I got a letter congratulating my loan being paid off and advising if my title was not included then it would arrive in the mail from DMV. Called PAC and was told they can no longer help me because they sent the title electronically to the DMV. Yesterday was the final day of the up to 6 weeks to receive my title. So, I went to the DMV to pay the registration and was appalled and shocked to learn that PAC has still not removed themselves as the lienholder and I have to go to PAC because DMV doesn't accept the congrats letter. It is so stupid, unprofessional, and reckless how PAC operates. Update 5/14/19. My title finally arrived. I still had to go through more hellacious ridiculousness to get them to do their job to fix 'the dmv's error' and get the title to me. The Congrats Letter was received on 2/20/19 about a week after it was paid off in full!!! That is far too long to have had to wait and be told that I had to contact the DMV to resolve this mess. But glad it is done with and I will never use PAC again...I will walk if they are the only finance company willing to fund a loan for me. 100.

      Response from the owner

This is very unorthodox. This is not acceptable and it is of great concern that this is resolved immediately. Be advised that we have attempted to locate your file under the name Jay Brooks but there is no record in our data base system under this name. Please call 818-881-1234 and ask for our title department. We will be happy to resolve this matter.

I can honestly say that getting with this lending company was the worst mistake I have ever made. Because of credit issues I had to purchase a car from a rinky dink dealer. I got a 2010 Dodge Journey which I had to pay about $7000 plus interest for. Every month I have paid my car note either on or the day after it was due. The only way to pay your bill without a fee added is to pay via mail. If your call in, go online, or go to a moneygram you will be charged a fee...which is absolutely absurd...but moving on...Recently the van broke down and I had to pay $1300 to get it fixed. Then I had to pay another $600 for an alternator and a battery. I called them and explained that I would pay but I had to wait until I got paid again. The girl I spoke with then said that she couldn't make a payment arrangement and that the latest I could pay was the next day. I said "mamn what part of I don't have it and I wont have it till next payday did you not understand?" They constantly call me even though I have told them that I am just waiting to get paid and I will pay. Since I need the car to get back and forth to work, when I get paid on Friday I will pay, but the level of harassment that I get is ludicrous. I was also charged an extra $125 because they said I didn't have insurance when I have had insurance since I got the car. I asked the girl how to send it in, and she said check your bill for the fax number. I don't know who trained these people in customer service but they sure did do a piss poor job. I'm so over these people, I'm looking to just sell my car and use the money to put down on something that I don't have to put a lot of money into in repairs. If you can resist DO NOT lend with this lender!!!! Their staff is disrespectful and the harassment is above and beyond sickening.

If you pay your bill on time there is no issue. They even give you a major grace period to make your payment. I always pay a month in advance to ensure my payments are made on time. Now that my truck is paid off I want to get a bigger suv for my wife and kids. I wonder if they will offer me a loan with low interest hhmmmm. My credit went from 435 to 689 in the past year and a half.

If you are trying to re-build your Credit, be careful with this Company. They have a 0 tolerance for late payments, anything close to 30 days late and they make arrangements for Repo. Also I can't stand all of their fees, fees to pay with check, fees to pay with debit, and we are not talking a couple of bucks, we are talking $10++. Also their site sucks, so you can't even pay that way, you always have to call to make a payment. Best way is to set up an auto-pay, and then there are 0 fees, but personally, I am not a fan of auto-pays.

CREDITED a car that worked for a month and never again. Works with scam car dealerships. NO MATTER HOW BAD YOU NEED A CAR DONT GO THOUGH THEM !

Great so you loaned me some money that i paid back with interest so for that you get a five stars. However, I paid on time for 3 years and paid the loan off with out a glitch. Think I can get you to fulfill your end of the deal and SEND ME a title... NOPE!!! August 2015 paid off the vehicle and never received a title. In fact on and off for over a year and a half I have asked for you to take care of this. Aside from paying several fees and receiving two release of lean forms from you, the first of which said a Jorge Johnson was the owner and not George Johnson whom i am. The DMV still claims you have not done anything on your part to release your name form the title. Would be nice to have a piece of paper as i live in NY now to actually sell the vehicle or give it to a friend so they can sell it. For this form of customer service i have to give you a single star. Hey but alas at least you have your money as agreed and about $50 extra those little fees to that had to be sent in the form of a money order.

      Response from the owner

Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry to hear that you had a poor experience in obtaining your title. Ordinarily, when loans are paid off, we submit requests to the CA DMV to issue titles to the borrower with our named removed as lienholder. Note that we participate in the state of CA Electronic Lien and Title (ELT) program, and thus need to request for the CA DMV to issue paper titles to our customers. If there is a problem or if the title gets lost, we can issue a lien release to the borrower which can be submitted to the DMV in order to obtain a title. You state that we have not done anything to release our name from the title, however, you noted that we sent a lien release to you on two separate occasions. While you still had your loan with us, you moved your vehicle registration to NY without first having the state of NY request for us send the title to them on your behalf. As a result, the CA DMV has placed an out-of-state surrender of title hold. Per CA DMV VIN 2012-40 certain record statuses (such as the out-of-state surrender of title hold) prevent issuance of a paper title in the automated ELT process. We received your NY registration information today and have already faxed it to the CA DMV field office support unit. The field office confirmed receipt and has submitted your paperwork to their processing department to verify the information and should remove the title hold within the next 72 hours. Please contact the Title Department if you have any further questions.
