  I’ve worked with Mike at Piedmont Mortgage for two home purchases and three re-finances. I kept going back because he is straightforward and efficient in getting the loan paperwork done. It’s very valuable to have a knowledgeable go-between like Mike deal with the lender. He also keeps his ear to the ground in the mortgage industry and has given good advice on when to re-fi.
