  The service department does a good job overall. They will do what they say they are going to do, and in a timely manner. However, reaching a service advisor when you call seems impossible. You can expect to get voicemail on each and every attempt.

  My husband and I had a horrible experience at the North Atlanta location. Then we found Tony Sellaway at the Buckhead location and he was amazing. He was very sympathetic to our experience and has gone above and beyond to make us feel better about purchasing a car from him. He's my salesman for life!!!! I hope that Buckhead will do something special for him because I have found it is so hard to find a good, honest saleman!!!! Thanks Tony!!!!!

  We recently bought a pre-owned certified Jaguar XE from Hennessy Jaguar, and the experience was great. Their staff is very friendly and they made the whole experience quite enjoyable. We worked with Melvin Sandlin, and we will surely want to work with him again when we are ready for our next Jaguar and/or Land Rover in the future!

  Professional staff, very courteous and responsive to my needs. Maintenance schedule was booked through the first week of the new year, but they worked me into their schedule and completed the work promptly. Previous experiences have been exceptional as well.

  I have always had great service at Hennessy in Buckhead. I really on’t mind waiting because of the customer waiting rooms. I can bring my laptop and get some work done while enjoying coffee and a snack. I love going to the second level where there are desk and a conference room to work or make a phone call. All of the staff are always friendly and available to answer any questions.

  The service was performed in a reasonable amount of time. Only issue is that they didn't wash and detail my car as indicated. I am going to assume it was because I had a crack in my windshield other than that, I was pleased.
