  Words cannot express the satisfaction of the service Gary Welch provided. He did an amazing job navigating my husband and I through a very daunting and confusing process. Always making himself available, we were never left unsure about anything. Gary took ample time out of his day to ensure we understood everything that was happening in the moment and also what to expect next. We hope to have our forever home soon but if we ever needed another construction loan we wouldn't do it through anyone else!

  I highly recommend Shannon Bradshaw and her team to take care of your financing needs. Shannon worked with me on two occasions until I found the perfect condo. Shannon and her team worked swiftly to ensure everything was taken care of. BrandMortgage has an easy access portal to upload and sign all needed documents making life easy. Shannon and BrandMortgage had me ready for closing within 15 days of signing my buyers contract! Having a team that took all of the work off of me was well worth it.
