  I do not want my balance called out to the whole bank. I do not want my Deposit Yelled out to the whole bank and the Tellers Need To Clean the ATM .....Its untouchably disgusting and the workers act like they don't have time! Besides the manager Jeanne I do not like this location. The tellers are not where I its at

  Very Friendly teller. This credit union is a shared facility with sister credit unions, an important asset during annual visits to Tucson. This place has great parking and is in a shopping center with restaurants and a variety of retail stores. Quite convenient for travelers.

  Had a truck loan through pyramid. Paid it off in full and closed my account with them. 5 days later they charged my checking account that I had with wells Fargo for the full monthly payment amount after my account with them was already closed. Put my account in over draft status, was charged NSF fee through wells Fargo. I call them to ask what happend. All they could says was they were sorry and that in order for me to get my money back I had to go down to the branch and pick up a check. Being 30+ minutes away and on my company's lunch time that I took off work to go down there not including gas, with no compensation whatsoever. Their excuse was the employee who helped me was new and forgot to turn off ACH payment. I was treated like a number and not a loyal customer. So basically they can take money out of your account without your permission but can't reverse the charge back to my account? You serious? Consumers beware!!!! Do not bank with them.

  Been a PFCU member for over 15 years. Is a friendly "helllo" from the tall blonde teller at the Oracle Road location asking too much? After I stood in line for 25 minutes she returns from lunch with an all business attitude. She is short-tempered and ready to bite your head off. What nonsense! Lady, you are receiving a paycheck from the generosity of the customers whom invest in PFCU. GET A GRIP!

  Kesia, your job is to be helpful to your customers and to make them feel good as soon as they come in but instead you choosed to judge me by accent. You were rude, mean and unwelcoming..your facial reaction is TOO unprofessional, with people like you it makes it harder to recommend someone.
