  I have had my account at Pyramax for the last 24 years- even when I lived far away and had to mail my deposits in (before direct deposits were a thing!). I never moved my accounts simply because I have always gotten the best customer service from my PyraMax crew. They always treat me like family and that is just something you can't get everywhere. PS- Kathy, the branch manager is absolutely the best.

  We have been banking with PyraMax Bank for years. They are a full service bank and the staff is very friendly. We are very satisfied with their service and plan on banking there for years to come.

  Banking with PryaMax Bank (Waukesha Branch) for over 20 years has provided us with a strong sense of financial stability / security. Our banking/investing needs have always been met with friendly, knowledgeable and courteous staff.   The staff is great, As of today tho I will not have an account anymore with this bank. My husband went to check on his account and found out without his knowledge they took money from his account to fix mine, then closed mine He was there a few days ago and explained a reasoning on my account, they said now that we know what is going on it will be fine. Never said they will transfer money between accounts to fix it. Not sure what my hubby will do but for me goodbye Pyramax. PS Why have a savings account when if u don't put or take money out, they have a fee they take out for that to.
