  This loan process was the best process I ever had. I had two loans before and this was our third one. This was by far the best and smoothest procedure I ever done. Bill Beggs was right on the dot, in terms of loan cost, time to close and all other means of communications between us. he never left a stone unturned.   I underwent a home refi with Bill a few months ago and I have to say he made the experience quite pleasant. I’ve gone through quite a few refi in my years, and this was by far the quickest and smoothest as long as you do your part and you get him all the docs requested ASAP. Bill is super nice and always answered all my questions, in a timely manner, however big or small they may be. He helped me understand when I needed clarification, and was honest with me through the whole process. He got me the best deal/rate and gave me great advice on my options. I would definitely recommend him and personally go to him again for any future loan needs.

  We were referred to Bill by a co-worker who had recently used his services to re-fi. Bill was great to work with. He was responsive, took time to explain the entire process and answered all our questions. He kept us updated during the entire process and the time to re-fi was fairly short. There were no surprises or any extra fees when we went to close. We are first time re-fi and we very happy that Bill made this process so easy for us.
