  Have all banking products. Rates are as good or better than competition. Biggest problem is there customer service wait time with there customer's. Many times I've had to wait 20 to 40 minutes and don't get the answer to solve the challenge. I now go direct to the branch I deal with the most. They get to the bottom of problem.

  Rudest customer service at this branch. I never fill out a deposit slip, I just usually put my cash in the tube with my debit card and ID and they never give me grief about it. I just don’t know my account number and stuff off the top of my head so it’s faster for them, and they never complain or tell me to fill one out. Well today I went to this branch and the lady legit chewed me out like she was my mom and I was some petulant child. I was like “well just send it back and I’ll fill it out, sorry. They usually do it for me.” 🤷‍♀️ Not that big of a deal lady

  Bad attitude bad costumer service they not nice at all there’s a lady with hijab she’s more respectful at other one no more business at this branch ////04/092022 I had to use this branch sign on the door said lobby open till 1:00 but 12:38 lobby was locked,I’m driving big truck so….

  I don’t like their service. Their online banking always has issues your balance will never come out right! If you want your money to go in drain then use this bank.

  They have the worst customers service I would not recommend this location or the bank it self to anyone I ask to stop a payment because I was working with an lender and the ask me to call my bank to process a stop so they can work with me the girl on the phone was so rude telling me I should deal with my own problems and manger Vince got on the phone cut me off when i was talking to him rude service I decided to take my business somewhere else you can not treat people like that

  This particular location has mostly terrible service and one particular rep. is always out to make your day more difficult. Go to the Addison branch, they're very professional
