If I could have given this place 0 I would. They totally misrepresent themselves. I thought I was talking to my city office and was not. They are threatening and rude. The letter you receive in the mail from them is very misleading and threatening. I do not understand how they are still allowed to operate. Especially after looking them up online.

Wow!!! A bunch of frauds. I received a notice for a ticket I supposedly received in 2011 from the Town of Washington, LA. We are currently in April 2019. I have no recollection of said ticket. You would think they would have suspended my drivers license within the past 7 years and 7 months for not paying this "ticket". Nothing like that ever happened. Now they want me to pay them over $300. Good luck with that. Both this company and the Town of Washington, LA should be ashamed of themselves for trying to fleece people of their money. Google both this company and the Town of Washington, Louisiana and you will see shady business from both of them. I will be contacting the BBB, The Governors office, The State Police, The FTC, The Local News, and anyone else who will listen to expose these to sets of criminals.

Great company, they are contracted by courts across the country to notify you if you have outstanding tickets and warrants for your arrest. If you fail to appear in court and have warrants, courts usually won't give you a payment plan to clear your tickets, but this company for most cases can get you a payment plan. The negative reviews are usually from people with suspended licenses, no insurance, driving illegally in junk cars with no tags and dozens of arrest warrants in several cities or states. The type of people who hit your car and run off and get caught, and then claim racism when they get arrested for speeding through a school zone with a suspended license and no insurance. The bottom of the barrel of society. You can pay online, over the phone or through the mail, and once you're done they report to the court and your tickets and warrants get cleared. Sometimes, depending on the city, you can get your warrants lifted with the first payment on your payment plan, and keep it on hold as long as you make your payment every month. A lifesaver for a lot of people. If you can't sit in jail or pay your tickets in full and you get a letter or call from AMS, talk to them. They will do their best to get you into a payment plan to help you out. They have helped me and several friends of mine and were very professional and straight forward. Highly recommended.

Complete scam!!! After receiving a letter from them stating that I had an outstanding citation, I called and spoke to a dumb a** named Paul on the phone They claim to be a private contractor based out of Carrolton TX.. A private collection agency that handles out of statte courts.. If that on its own does not provoke a ton of red flags I don't know what does.... My question is, How did they get the information that I did receive a citation that I did pay.

Total scam... received an “Important Notice” stating they received authorization from the Town of Washington, LA to “resolve a current balance of $286”. Only issue is I’ve never been to Washington, LA and have no outstanding debts there. I plan on filing a complaint with the BBB.

This company tired my name to another person name who is not me and got my drivers license suspended fake report. BEWARE OF THE COMPANY WE SHOULD ALL GET TOGETHER AND SEND A LETTER TO THE ATTORNEY GENERAL OFFICE FOR FRAUD and file a law suit for defamation!! they are tying to bully me into paying someone else ticket. This has to stop lets fight together and win and send them packing out of business now.

Scam alert. They called asking about an old citation I supposedly received in a town that does not exist. I looked it up. They had no information about the citation, and could not give me the contact info for the town in which i was "stopped". The rep would not give me her company name, only that she worked in the Warrant Enforcement Division. I found them by reverse looking up the number. Just ignore these fools when they call, or do what I did, and have a little fun with them.

Same scam here. Received this in Sept 2017 stating I ran a bus stop sign in 2015 in a residential neighborhood south of 820. I live farther north and could not have possibly gotten there by the time stated. I work in Dallas, get off at 4pm and sign was run at 4:30 near Fort Worth. Big fat SCAM!! The video also shows another school bus "running" the sign behind me.

Just some scam artists, trying to desperately collect for camera tickets. Believing they're entitled to our hard earned money. Good luck AMS lol. Don't pay these people, nor respond to them. FYI THEY DON'T REPORT TO YOUR CREDIT, another reason not to pay. If enough of us refuse to pay these camera companies and their collectors, they'll go bankrupt. #PowerToThePeople
