  Jackie Balogh was great today working with my granddaughter and me on a loan for an RV. She was very patient and explained everything as she was going over the paperwork and what we needed to do on our end. She has a great sense of humor and is especially good at drawing pictures. She really went out of her way to help us.

  Emily, the lead teller is amazing! She went out of her way to be helpful, kind and patient with me when I had a long list of items to complete. I highly recommend Texans credit Union in Wylie and Emily in particular. Thank you for your customer service!

  I have been a Texans member since July of 2020. I can honestly say at the Wylie branch they have always delivered excellent customer service. Even when there were complications due to Covid, and they were only allowing customers to come through the drive thru. The customer service never suffered. It has always been excellent. I highly recommend using this bank. Elizabeth and Jenny have moved on to other branch locations, but Emily Diaz is still here. Emily always remembers my name and is quick to take care of anything I need. So to summarize, this is a great bank and so is Emily! - Joshua Frick

  I used Texans a long time ago and they were always excellent! I never once had an issue with funds, access, or accounting. I even purchased several vehicles through them and during the crash of 2008 they went above and beyond assisting me with a payment program to keep rolling rather than take my wheels! Only a marriage later forced me to reluctantly leave. Well, she's gone and I'm back! Evelina Reyna at the Wylie, TX branch is my new contact and officer which assisted me with a smooth re-connect! She is a continuing example of the professional, courteous, knowledgable, and happy (<-very important) staff of which I became accustomed in the past. I'm looking forward to resuming my relationship with Texans and wish Evilina a thank you and prosperous career with them!

  I’ve been using this branch for a number of years for one of my family accounts. Since day one their customer service has been A+. The team is always proficient, professional and enjoyable to talk to. This combined with a consistently very clean branch always makes my visit a pleasurable experience. So whoever gave this a one star must’ve had a lot of overdrafts That wouldn’t get reversed. 🤷‍♂️🤣 Today, Alma took it their already great customer service to another level for going above & beyond the call of duty to help me with a document I needed. It’s one thing to be spoiled by consistently great customer service being an ordinary practice, but its extra special when already great service is extra-ordinarily great. Thanks Alma, as well as the rest of the great team!

  We left Chase after several years, best decision ever! We’ve only dealt with Jackie and Emily at the Wylie branch, both have been great and service doesn’t get any better! I’m so glad we made the switch from a “big box” bank to a more personable credit union.

  I left my debit card in the ATM and I was unaware that it was missing. I got a call from the branch saying I did. The member gave me a few options for getting a replacement. I went in and was served by Elishba, who was courteous and helpful with pinning a new card and meeting my other banking needs. I have visited this branch since moving to Wylie and have experienced great customer service Everytime. My family members feel the same way too. Thank you
