  In all my 30+ years dealing with various realtors and realty experts, none even come close to the expertise of Yan.   Yan helped me with my refi for 2 different properties at the same time. It was a difficult refi and at least one other broker said it wasn’t possible but Yan made it happen. I am a CPA, and after all his help with my refi, I started referring my clients to him. At least half a dozen so far and all of them are self employed including 1 client that was in bankruptcy and another that had been told no by 3 other brokers and Yan got all of them financed. All my clients have been extremely satisfied, I wish I could give Progressive Mortgage and Yan even more stars.
