  I was a first time home buyer, when Mitch and Inna helped me to find my first home and financed it. I am single mom, taking care of my kids and knew nothing about real estate.   I am 88 years old. I live in my house in West Hills, which Mitchell found and helped my husband and me purchase over 30 years ago. We were very pleased with him as our real estate and mortgage broker, and we found him to be a very helpful and decent person. When my husband passed away, I was left in a difficult financial situation and I did not know what to do. A number of realtors approached me to sell my house, but I loved my home and I couldn’t even imagine living anywhere else. I called Mitch to see if he could help me save my home. And he did! He did a reverse mortgage for me. Everything was clearly explained to me and all the paperwork was done at my house, so I didn’t even have to go anywhere.
