  Private Lender Link has been an amazing resource to us over the years. The Company is always evolving to not only bring more borrowers/lenders together across the country, but to also improve the quality of loan products that are available on the platform. Anyone can bring borrowers/lenders together with tech, but Rocky Butani brings a human aspect to the industry that I feel has been pushed to the side over the past few years. He takes the appropriate steps to vet his lenders and truly works hard to meet them in person. I have known Rocky since about 2014 and his character, transparency and accessibility have not waivered one bit. He is a true connector in the industry and brings far more value to the table than his competitors. Reviews are great but don't take my word for it.   One thing I've learned is that in the private money world everyone has a niche....nobody can do it all. When I discovered Rocky and his company Private Lender Link i was now able to help my clients with any type of private money financing, and not only in California, but around the country.
