  Closing my account for sure and the assistant manager Mario Mora at the brunch in E Browkaw rd and Oakland Rd in San jose city is not helpful at all, I am not recommending this bank at all

  Very good service and support. I was helped by Meeta Pandit regarding auto loan processing. She did a very good job by finishing up with the application process in hardly couple of days.

  The manager at Keypoint Brokaw branch, Mrs. Lymon, is a control freak. She constantly reduces the amount of your own funds that you can withdraw in a day. Best to go elsewhere. Tried to rate this Brokaw branch to ZERO, but was unable to. It does not deserve one star. The clerk's at Brokaw branch ask personal questions like what are you doing with monies you are withdrawing. Very nosy personnel. This branch manager does not keep her word when requesting that a large amount of funds be available. She did not have funds ready as requested. Not enough staff, only one clerk available. Long wait time. Avoid this Brokaw branch.

  Love it here. I come once a month to make a payment and it's never packed. Everyone is courteous and professional and I've never had a problem or have had to wait a long time to talk to someone. A+ credit union.

  this branch is close now due to covid19 and it shows open don't go to this place and also the ATM is this location is terrible always broken, just wonder why their not upgrade to a new machine, I'm very disappointed with keypoint if this keep happening I will refinance my loan to new bank.

  Don't ever get a loan from here. They don't know what they're talking about and they charge you for everything.
