  Had an amazing experience with priority investor loans! They were recommended to me by my realtor for my First investment property. Jonathan Layton took great care of me and not only walked me through how the whole process was going to go and what to expect but actually walked the property with me and gave me some investing tips which helped a lot to have that kind of support and encouragement. He closed on the deal in less then 10 days after I first talked to him, I was amazed I was worried the deal might fall through but everyone at Priority investor loans worked hard to ensure we could close on time for my deal. Another thing I really liked about them was their competitive rate and even better no down payment option which leaves me with more capital for more deals and extra reserves! Awesome for low money down opportunities! Defiantly will be working with them again on my next flip or Brrrr property.

  Jonathan is the man. Walked through my commercial deal on our first call and he gave me a good idea of cost and timeline. The transparency was a huge bonus for me and we were able to get everything done in a condensed timeframe as my due diligence period was about halfway through. These guys are professional and I can't recommend them enough. Deal closed in November 2021 in Odessa, TX.

  After years of investing I'm in a place now where I feel very comfortable with my surroundings! The whole team at Priority runs an integrity first system. Balls are never dropped, promises are never broken and efficiency is the common place here! Would highly recommend PIL!

  These guys are a life saver. After being let down by a lender that promised me the world then pulled at the last minute. Jon from Priority investors came in & made the deal happen in less then a week. I would have lost $10k I’m earnest money if it wasn’t for these guys funding my deal. Words can’t explain how happy I am with them. Not going lie I was scared at first because my last lender promised to make the deal happen before pulling away days before closing then Jon said he definitely could do it. But unlike the last lender actually kept his promise & closed the deal ASAP. I can’t wait to work with them on my next deal. Which hopefully is very soon, if possible. By the way I am a first time investor so it wasn’t easy to get approved from other lenders because of that exact reason. No one wanted to work with a first time investor even though the property was a steal for the price & I had a lot of funds for down payment but the buyer (me) being a first time investor was not something others wanted to deal with. Again, these guys are amazing.

  I am a new investor. I worked with Jon from Priority Investor Loans. Jon was so helpful. He walked a house with my partner and I! Whenever we found a deal, he guided us through the process. He even came to closing with us! These people are legit! I would use them a million times over.

  Had an amazing experience with John and his team . When he said we were going to close we sure did ! It was super fast and they made the process as smooth as possible. We had been trying to close with another lender but our closing kept being pushed back and then John came in and helped out and made it happen for us ! Thank you so so much! We will be doing business again !
