It was a bad service. When I arrived at 3:30, no one served at the front desk but employees gathered behind the withdrawal/deposit room for talking. I wanted to do wire transfer but one of employees still made appointment for next day.

This is the WORST possible banking system “of America”. If (God forbid) you need a new card, and access to your account at the same time, you’re screwed. I have been without my cards for 2 months, due to shipping errors. Can’t access my accounts. All transfers to other accounts will take AT LEAST 5 days. This is EMBARRASSING at this day in age. Worst choice ever. If you prefer access in a timely, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. BofA: your customer service line is terrible and no one has the time to wait for 1+ hrs. Step up and get in line with tech giants. Y’all are beyond outdated.

They reduced hours. Terrible. Becoming a virtual bank. Need to start moving my checking account

Went to deposit a check and was told it would on hold for 1 business day. I wake up and it ends up on hold for 9 days instead. So now I will be late on my bills thanks to Bank of America.

If I could get 0 stars I would. Where do I begin? Hmm let’s begin with the fact that I filed claim with them back in December over fraud dispute. They “investigate” and now are making me pay after I got a new credit card and was never there. Completely BS! This place is trash and so are the employees

This branch has adopted the general attitude of not caring about their customers. All of their ATM’s were broken this morning and there was one teller working(until the line was 6-7 people long). The inside ATM was not dispensing cash, but the floor manager refused to put a sign on the machine warning customers. When I asked the floor manager about this issue he said he “would try to notify each customer before they approached the machine, but he had customers of his own”. Not to mention, on any given day at any given time, customers need to plan for a very long wait for even the simplest transactions.

Don’t care customer service what so ever! They closed the drive through service for many year! The line for teller service inside of the bank is forever long! The staffs are friendly but the management is terrible! They seriously need more tellers, not people standing there and greet! The waiting time to deposit a check is worse than getting a drivers license! With such prime location, they seriously need more tellers and open their drive through!!!

It always takes them an hour to get my deposits in their system. I don’t blame them since they only have one person working the drive thru. I have to drive a little further to the next bank to get my deposits processed faster. Last time I’m coming here.

Shameful! I presented a cashier's check to them to cash, drawn on a B of A account. I gave them my driver's license and a B of A credit card as they requested. Next thing I know, they say they have to verify with the branch that issued the check, since it was done that day. I waited 25 minutes while the manager "called everyone in the building" but could not get anyone to answer the phone at the other branch. If one branch manager can't get another branch on the phone, what do you think you can expect from B of A ? Probably disgusting big bank arrogance and incompetence, just like I got from them today.

Hire more Tellers! Poor guy works all by himself and lines are long wait. Manager just hangs by the door. If you can't afford more staff, be kind to jump in and fill the gaps of your staff-shortage. Poor management!
