  This place is awesome! The owner is incredibly kind and easy to work with. Great customer service. Unlike a lot of pawn shop experiences, I didn’t feel on guard or as though I were being low-balled or scammed. This place is certainly worth your while.

  This place is marvelous, Phil is the best sir in the entire world he gave me a lot for my 18K gold ... that I'll have to pay within 60 days. After the 13 day you will need to pay interest of 63 cents...no a big deal, right? 1800 times RECOMMENDED!!!

  Overall excellent experience. I got a quote at a few other places for my Tiffany & Co. and David Yurman jewelry That I don't wear anymore this place by far offered the most. Like the previous posts mention, the staff is very friendly and I will definitely be coming back. Thanks guys!

  I was going to eat off Richmond the other day and noticed this new pawn store so I decided to stop by. Let me say that First class Jewelry is a great family owned store. Everyone was very friendly and helpful (even though I had gone in just to look). Blake ended up helping me get a great deal on an engagement ring! I will definitely be going back to sell an old watch and maybe pick up a knife :) I highly recommend checking them out.

  I have never pawned anything before and I turned 18 2 weeks ago and had some stuff that I had collected from my job I didn't want and I went in and the staff was very nice and very helpful. I didn't feel out of place like I thought I would have and it was very easy and got a good amount of money from it. I would tell my friends about them but most of my friends are 17 due to me being a senior in high school so that's why I took to yelp. If you are looking to sell things I recommend this and I will definitely be back

  I've been doing business with Mike for over 5 years. He is the most honest, fair and knowledgeable gentleman in the business. I highly recommend going to him. You'll be glad you did!

  Place is out of business. I tried going on a Tuesday, and even though according to the hours of business, it was supposed to be open, the man had already cleaned out the cases. I tried going back on Friday and Saturday, and it was not open. No signs are posted saying closed for thanksgiving or anything. The shelves are empty, and the place is in disarray.

  Hi Jennifer we assure you that we are still in business. Holiday and COVID has us altering our store hours and yes when we are closed the cases are empty (insurance requirements). Please note as a small business we rely on reviews to differentiate our business with other pawnshops. We strive to give exceptional customer service in a time of COVID and internet shopping.   I was looking for a place to sell some gold and Sterling items, and noticed the PAWN sign on the marque. The business establishment was FIRST CLASS JEWELRY AND LOAN. They were friendly and I was able to accomplish my goal. They also assisted by referring me to another business for help. Don't believe everything you see on T.V. This business is owner operated and a place to do business with.

  A genuine good place to go if u want to get the most for your item or purchase some nice guns or jewelry The owner Mike and Phil are fantastic and friendly and will work with you for your needs Forget any other pawn shops,they can’t touch this place👍
