  I wish to recognize and thank Jason of Zeus Mortgage for all his efforts during my home buying process. Ultimately completing this process from out of state presented some challenges and my lack of experience with how things are typically done in Texas presented a few more. Jason patiently explained every aspect of the process and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. In every conversation Jason was professional and respectful. I never felt he was trying to hurry me off the phone in order to move on to another task. He provided clear lists of documentation I needed to provide. Necessary papers for my review were completely promptly and accurately. It was a pleasure to work with someone who approaches their responsibilities in the same manner as I do. All in all, I would highly recommend Jason to anyone seeking a loan. Jason was away on a scheduled vacation during part of my loan process. In his absence, Brian and his assistant carried on. Although my experience with Brian was limited, he exhibited the same professionalism and positive customer service that Jason did, indicating that this is part of the corporate culture at Zeus.

  Home searching and buying is a stressful process and I would say ZeusLending made it seamless and led my inquiries with a top notch team lead by sales director Brad Rugen. Brad was charismatic and bright and quite the knowledgeable fellow in which he answered all questions effortlessly. The metroplex is a beautiful area and you know what you want and ask and you shall receive with a great setup and communication of the Loan Process from Zeus Lending.

  I called several companies, before I found Zeus. I spoke with Jennifer who was very gracious and extremely knowledgeable, answering all my questions without hesitation. She made me feel like a valued client. Initial points of contact are vital impressions on what or who you will be dealing with, I expect that Zeus is fully aware of what an asset Jennifer is to their company.

  It was great as a first time investor to work with Brad and Tammy @ Zeus. They took the time to answer so many questions for me. They were great working with a newbie and even helped talk out my anxiety's at times. I can not wait to work with them again!

  We recently refinanced our property through this agency. The real estate transactions can be long and arduous process causing a high level of stress!!! Working with Augusto and Tammy, made this experience a much better experience. Although there are hiccups and setbacks, this pair did an amazing job!
