  Faith Watkins was exactly what we needed in a mortgage loan officer. She was very responsive and communicative, even at odd hours for us. She clearly knows her business and was able to clarify all of our first-time homebuyer questions. Our buying process went really smoothly considering all that is involved (and that we purchased during a pandemic). Some of the automated email videos were a little cheesy, but they made us laugh. The "loan progress for our projected closing date" email updates were especially helpful, it was a relief seeing the milestones being checked off one by one so we knew where we stood. We appreciate Faith's hard work through our home-buying process and would recommend working with her!

  Faith Watkins is most assuredly the best in the business! We are midway through the process of purchasing a home, and we have been beyond impressed with Faith's professionalism, attention to detail, and rapid responses every step of the way. We have a challenging credit situation which has made our loan approval more difficult than others, but Faith has kept us on track throughout the entire process, leaving little doubt that our deal will close, and will do so on time. She has given us clear, concise information, which has helped us fully understand the loan process. We have purchased homes in the past, but never had the kind of service and expertise that Faith delivers. We can't speak highly enough of her as a loan officer, and we hope to always be able to work with her on our home loans. Two thumbs way up!!

  Faith is amazing. She was so helpful and knowledgeable throughout the whole home loan process. We were amazed by the options she gave us in comparison to the other mortgage companies/loan officers that we looked at. Can’t recommend her enough!

  Faith was referred to me by a coworker who had used her as well. Having just completed my first home purchase, I could not be more happy with the service Faith provided. She was very attentive and often provided me with answers or advice to questions I had that were outside the normal duties of a mortgage broker. Highly recommend.

  Faith is knowledgeable about the process and shares excitement to be a part of an individual(s)/families home buying journey. If you like overcommunication, please specify that at the beginning to her and she will communicate as best she can. Otherwise, she works hard to answer any questions you have in a timely manner and gets the job done as stress-free as possible.

  Stop looking now and call Faith! I can not say enough quality things about Faith as a professional and a person. I first purchased a house in 2013 and went through 4 loan officers who were slow to return calls, lacked creativity getting my loan processed in a couple tough situations, and ultimately did poor work. The last loan officer I came to was Faith and I could not have been happier. I purchased the house using a 203k loan which would terrify most loan officers, but Faith handled it with ease. Every time I had a question Faith had the answer or immediately searched out the answer. I'm the type of person who wants things done immediately. Faith is unmatched in her punctuality. Fast forward a couple years and I was ready to refi, so I immediately called Faith and got the process started. Even though we were in the middle of the Christmas/New Year season she worked extremely hard to get the loan closed in less than a month to save me a large fee that would have been applied had we not closed before the end of the month. I wouldn't have even known about the fee had she not told me! Beyond all of the extremely diligent work she did I am always happy to talk with Faith as she is a very genuinely kind, thoughtful, and wonderful human being. I can not say enough nice things about Faith so I suggest you pick up the phone and find out for yourself right now!

  Faith was great in helping us secure our first home. She helped us handle all the complexities of our loan and make the best decisions for our circumstances and options available. She was very friendly and professional and always responded quickly to any questions we had. I would highly recommend her to anyone and not hesitate to work with her again.
