  Mark Snow has helped me with the purchase of two homes. Both times Mark found excellent rates. I was not just selling a house and buying another. The purchases were fairly complicated involving two, then three homes, with one in another state. And then refinancing the lot at a great time, again as three properties not just one. What made me feel that Mark went above and beyond any other mortgage broker is how he was able to utilize the equity in owned homes to reduce the mortgage rates in the other(s). Mark didn’t consider this a one house deal but looked at a my needs and treated my situation as a puzzle and was able to put the pieces together in ways that made financial sense. This has and will continue to save me a money over the years to come. Over the years I worked with Mark, he was committed to working out the best package for me. Very personable, a good listener and excellent communicator. He learned my level of financial risk and worked within it. I felt very comfortable with the outcomes. I have recommended Mark Snow to my friends and encourage anyone with simple or complex real estate needs to give him a call.

  Buying a house can be a scary process and confusing too. Mark and his team walked us through every step patiently and kindly. Mark himself is wonderful and responsive. Not only does he do his job well, but he made it seem painless and was supportive. He gave us options that we had not even thought of.   Mark was fantastic throughout the loan process and responsive providing help exactly when we needed it no matter the time of day or day of the week. When we finally were ready to make an offer, he put a package together on a Saturday afternoon in a very tight window and then worked with us to update loan terms after our home sale cleared.   Mark was very helpful for over a year as I searched for the perfect house. I started in a very tenuous position to even qualify for a mortgage, Nonetheless Mark helps shed light on the process and was quick to respond to all of my questions and was patient and proactive throughout the prolonged process.
