  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Self- employed people please read!!! Just wanted to start out with a huge thank you to Greg and his team for their help with a cash out re-fi for a self-employed person. The hardest thing to do is to get a non-conforming loan for your personal residence. Greg was able to get it done after I shopped at 11 different brokerages. Greg is the man!   Gregg at Princeton was recommended to me by a coworker that had recently used him for a refinance.
