  This is the second time we have worked with Josh Thomas mortgage and both times were fantastic. We've bought other houses in other locations before and because we had bought our home first through them, we apparently had pretty high expectations because of how well he and his team treated us. I specifically like that I get a list of what needs to be done while my loan is processing and where we are in the process. They make it very clear and help reduce some of the stress of buying/refinancing etc. I genuinely feel like he and his team value what they do and want to go above and beyond for their customers. This second time around, he gave me some extra resources to work with that I wasn't expecting him to give me and am excited about my financial future because of it. This glowing review was definitely earned by Josh and his team. I'd suggest to almost anyone to use him as a resource.

  We had a great experience refinancing our mortgage with Brandon at Josh Thomas Mortgage. He was very knowledgeable in answering the questions we had, and he responded very quickly to any email or text we sent. He sent us easy to read charts and graphs to compare our refinancing options.   Just bought our house a year ago but heard now was a good time to refinance. I was recommended to Josh by a friend of mine who used him before. His team was great to work with, answered all my questions and saved me a ton of money! I liked how they laid out all the options and recommended what would be best for me in my situation.   My husband and I couldn’t have been more happy to be working with Josh Thomas! Him and his team are all so professional, knowledgeable and just straight up awesome! They made not only our home purchase but our refinance as easy and painless as possible! Our questions were answered and answered so that we clearly understood everything we were signing! We never felt pressured or uncomfortable and we could tell they wanted to help us as people and not look at us as dollar signs. They really care! Josh is by far the best “follow-upper” and makes sure we are doing well and sends us yummy treats and free coupons, the monthly jokes are a cherry on top! If you’re going to buy a house, go thru Josh Thomas! You won’t regret it!

  What an excellent experience! We spoke with 5 other mortgage companies before deciding to go with Josh. He gave us the best deal out of everyone, saving us literally thousands of dollars. Every single person we interacted with from the office was pleasant, professional and helpful. They kept us updated regularly (at least 1x per week) throughout the entire process.   Josh Thomas and his supporting staff are excellent at personalized attention, low margins and a super fast closing time. I have known Josh for 3 and a half years and the customer service just continues years later. He reaches out and adds value even years later and is willing to answer questions you may have. It's really like having a wonderful friend who does mortgages and who watches out for you during the process. If you choose Josh Thomas Mortgages you will not be disappointed, and if you don't... you might have regrets when months later you still haven't closed and can't figure out why.

  Josh and his team (Brandon and Karen) were great to work with. They were patient and caring. It seemed like everything that could go wrong did...delays by the builder and other challenges. But Josh's team were so kind, keeping me informed all through the process. This is my second time working with Josh and if possible it was better. I'd highly recommend them to anyone needing this kind of help.

  Josh Thomas is great! We were one of the crazy people buying while mortgage rates were exceptionally low, and Josh and his team did a great job of laying out options, helping us understand them, and getting us a fantastic rate. Aside from the financial benefits of working with Josh's team, we really appreciated the personal connections he made and Josh's honest approach to providing equal opportunities to everyone - something not all mortgage brokers will do. We had lots of questions and hesitancy in the lengthy and life-changing process of getting a loan for a home, but Josh's team was quickly able to quell those fears and answer our seemingly stupid questions without judgement, no matter what communication method it took (email, text, phone/video call, etc.). We especially appreciated how responsive both he and Karen were, and we'd definitely recommend Josh Thomas to those seeking a loan.
