  We just finished the process of refinancing a mortgage with Optimum Mortgage. We’d been debating doing this for some time. Honestly, wading through all the information out there about when to refinance, selecting the right lender, terms etc… was overwhelming. As a result, it just never made it past the conversation of needing to take advantage of the rates. We were contacted by a door to door sales person. If I had a single complaint about our entire process, this would be it. Their sales person passed two “no soliciting” signs posted. Regardless, my wife ended up speaking with her and we voluntarily contacted Optimum Mortgage for information. From that point on, all of the folks we talked with were polite and professional. Most of all, eager to answer absolutely all of my many questions to the best of their ability. I have an incredibly skeptical personality and between a couple folks there I felt they explained most everything in a way I could understand all the numbers and costs. Mortgages are incredibly complicated (to me) to understand. Jeremy and Sam worked around my schedule and, I’m pretty sure, answered my calls after hours although wouldn’t admit it. All necessary document signings happened online via e signings with the exception of the final paperwork that requires a notary. Optimum sent that very nice person to our house to complete. We literally did not have to go anywhere or make any extraordinary efforts. This was a very smooth and seamless and low/no pressure process despite my premeditated anxieties I’d been dreading. Both my wife and I would gladly recommend Optimum Mortgage for anyone considering help with their mortgage needs. Thanks again to Jeremy and Sam for all your patience and help! Cheers

  Optimum Mortgage made the process of refinancing extremely fluid. Their rates were also fantastic. With other places we had to fill out what seemed like hours of applications. But optimum initiated with a phone interview which we really expedited the process. In addition, we had a dozen questions and different options we wanted to test out. Jeremy was patient and had a great attitude about answering each one. In the end, we were very satisfied with our new payment and it was a big bonus that they made the process so fluid.

  My refinance was a difficult process. However, Nathan and Sam were amazing help! They took care of most of the work and made sure the job was done right. Without them i wouldn't have been able to refinance my mortgage. Would highly recommend this company and their team to help take care of your refinancing needs!

  I wanted to refinance at a lower interest rate, but I was nervous about whether or not it was worth it. Tanner gave me all the information I needed and spoke with me many times over FaceTime to answer my questions. He also worked around my schedule and sent text messages when we couldn’t meet. Once I made a decision, the process went smoothly. The person from the Title company came to my house to sign the papers. It was super convenient. I would definitely recommend this company.

  Kenny was so helpful to work with. He actually came to us but was not your typical “salesperson.” He talked to us about the rates they are offering and gave us all the details of how much it would save us for different loan periods. It made the decision a no-brainer. We were very happy with the re-finance terms we got and with the whole process being very easy, and friendly. I highly recommend anyone talking with Kenny to see if they can save some money. It’s worth exploring!

  Optimum mortgage made our refinance quick and simple. We were able to get a super low rate with very minimal closing costs. They were quick to respond to all of our questions and were available to discuss things with us outside of normal working hours which was a huge plus. Highly recommend!

  Kenny and his team made the "impossible loan" possible and did it faster then I expected. Great communication throughout as well as some amazing upfront work to make sure they didn't waste my time. Very satisfied with the process but he and his team implemented. I had a lot of things that could be done through Tech but also have the personal touches that can be missing in this ever more technological world.

  Optimum Mortgage were great to work with when we refinanced our home. They were very informative and accommodating as we asked questions about the process. It was very clear what they needed and the process was very smooth because of the service they provided. There was a moment where there was confusion on the closing date. I sent an email to clarify and I received a phone call a couple minutes later to clear up the confusion. Great company to work with!
