Breana Anderson1It is impossible to bank here if you don’t like in the city. Terrible communication amoung employees to customers. They also have no sympathy for people like it’s not someone’s money. They sent my debit card to the wrong address twice leaving me with no money for two months and no one cared. Sad because I want to support a small business credit union but it’s clear why bigger banking is more realistic.

Jacob Hiatt1TL:DR: If you like customer service bank somewhere else. Like star bank for instance. Full review: I used to love banking here, but it seems as if they're determined to make their services unusable. I used to deposit my checks every Friday at the Broadway branch but now that branch is drive through only. The wait times are terrible so, I started using the online services, well those are just as bad and I constantly get locked out of my account or have my card locked. Since I can't walk into my local branch, it can take days to get someone on the phone that can fix my problem. I've recently decided that I needed to go somewhere else and have moved to star bank. They are simply better at serving people. You can bank with a real person 7am to 7pm From Monday to Saturday, all branches walk in. I don't know why primetrust has made it harder to bank with them when their competition is doing the opposite but it's cost them at least one customer.

Megan Brock1If I could put 0 stars I would. I went to the Madison brand on Saturday and the ATM ate my money and took my card for security purposes. Called the 24/7 number twice in front of the ATM camera and was told I would be contacted Monday by two very unsympathetic people. Fast forward to Monday. I went up to the bank as soon as they opened and they gave me my card back, but not my money. They said they would have to balance the ATM first. Fast forward to over four hours later and I still don't have my money. I called them and they said the manager hadn't even left the Bethel branch yet. TERRIBLE BANKING INSTITUTION. I will be finding a new bank ASAP.

Karen Chandler3The people are nice, however, when my account was overdrawn by Comcast (they took 2 payments out) they were unwilling to help me. Said that "they don't have any control over the overdraft fee and that I should talk to the company. Luckily, Comcast was very nice about it and returned the 4 overdraft charges I received. Also, very frustrating when my husband gets paid on Thursday and the money isn't in there until after 9:30. It should go in at midnight or shortly thereafter, but they say they have to hand put it in. They don't have any control over the withdraws however. Not sure we will be staying here. Not so easy to work with.

Meg Jeffers2The only reason they get 2 stars is for the few exceptional employees they have at the Bethel branch. Cassie, Debbie, and the kind woman with pretty black hair that works the drive-thru. I work my butt off for my money, only to have you people CONTINUALLY keep it from me. I've never felt my money is so unsafe. Don't you work for me? Maybe I'm confused. I've even have one of your managers argue with me over the phone. Over MY money. That I couldn't access. What kind of nonsense is that? Does that sound like a good bank to you? I'm being charged fees for what? My check is on hold why? Someone smashes into my car, totals it, and you want to hold my insurance check for 5 days? Further inconveniencing my life so I can't go put some money down on a new car that I desperately need so I can get to and from work where I can make more money for you to take? Madness. The stress you add to my life is the LAST thing a bank should do. You've pushed me to write this. You've pushed me to take my money away from you so you can't take anymore of it from me. .

Gary Thomas5Customer service is always top-notch and I appreciate that. I recently started using Primetrust for some business financing needs. The process was easy, the rates were crazy aggressive and I loved that they came to my office with the loan docs for us to complete.

Instead of allowing me to make the decision about how I wanted to handle it, PTCU charged me $10 to get another card immediately or wait three weeks for one to come in the mail. I couldn't wait, as I am leaving for vacation in two days, so I will be taking my business to a bank/credit union that will allow me to have a say in how my account and card are handled.

Trevor Willauer2I have persionaly been locked out of my account 3 times this year. Because they don't tell you when to change your password and if you dont do it right on time your acount freezes however even when you do it on time you acount will still be frozen dur to you changing your password. Not customer frendly at all.
