  Ruoff Mortgage was the best experience that my husband and I have ever had with a mortgage company. Ryan was very easy to communicate with and was very quick to reply to any questions that we had come up. This company shows you what stage your Loan is at, which makes it very clear and stress free to know and see it on there website step by step progress. We truly feel blessed to have work through them. Thank you Ryan for all the hard work you did for us to be able to purchase our home.

  First time home buyer & I would recommend Ruoff to anyone! This process was so easy and we knew exactly what was going on. Day by day my husband and I both knew where we were at in the buying process. Laura made it easier & less stressful on us! They say you should enjoy buying your home and Laura made it all possible!

  Laura M made our home-buying experience a breeze! With the crazy market I was anxious about the process. Laura took charge from the start and put my mind at ease! She was lightning fast to respond to me and she communicated well with our realtor. I never want to move again (!!!) but if the need arises, I’ll have Laura on speed dial!

  After working with Laura I couldn’t imagine working with anyone else! All of our questions were answered quickly and she made complicated subjects easy to understand. Even though it wasn’t our first home purchase many things were different than the last time and this time was so much easier despite being a much bigger and more complicated ordeal. I would definitely recommend working with Ruoff in general, and her specifically if possible, to anyone in the market for a new house!
