  I highly recommend working with Kirk & Lisa Kingery at Preferred Capital - they are timely with their work and responses. You can be kept up-to-date on the website which has a timeline for your progress and you can also upload any needed documents to that site, or to them, which helps everything move along quickly. It also helps that they are both pleasant to work with.

  Rick has a calming demeanor and great to have during the lending process and at closing. We did not have a traditional closing and Rick stuck around a few extra hours to assure we were satisfied new homeowners.Thank you Rick and Preferred Capital.
