  This place is the best! I have recently switched from a big bank and I am so glad I did! Everytime I walk in the doors I am treated like a lifelong member and an old friend. Very inviting! Also, I had several questions about switching and getting familiar with a different system... each time I have been pointed in the right direction or walked through it over the phone. This had NEVER been the case at my old bank. It feels nice to get "Mom & Pop" treatment but with modern amenities! Keep it up Thrive!

  My father set me up an account when I was in my teens. That is when they where Industrial Federal Credit Union. Yes have used all three branches. The staff is friendly! The Mobil app makes transferring money easy! The loan department is helpful as well. Thank you for being wonderful!

  Nothing is better than feeling comfortable when it comes to banking. After working with Thrive on a community driven project I quickly switched banking over to them. They really do care about you at the individual level!

  So glad they opened another branch even closer to my house! I've banked at Thrive since 1986 or 1987! They are always kind to me and I've established a business relationship with them.   Very friendly when you go into the branch. Always know who you are and call you by your name. They even put there money together and came out to the Muncie Animal Care and Services with much needed supplies for the cats and kittens when they were desperate for food and litter. Great group of people that seem to work well together as a team!

  Every night drop deposite I have left at Morrison never gets posted until I call in. I requested the branch options manager to call me so that I could address this with her and I never got a call back!! So I called in again only to be lied to by the teller saying that the payment posted to my account at 8:30 not true. I then again asked for the branch operations manager to call me !! Well I still haven't received a phone call!! Mmm what happened to WOW SERVICE 😡...

  They are the nicest in town! All the staff are helpful and very pleasant. If you have a problem they will do whatever it takes to figure it out. I wouldn't dream of banking, or getting a loan anywhere else.
